The truth is that I haven not visited many websites with
respect to food engineering or some page with the subject of intelligent foods
that is what is being developed more today.
Inside the page of the university, in the area of news, is a
web page that I like to review and read complete, where it talks about the
innovations made by students or teachers.
An article that caught a lot my attention was about “Expoferia”,
which explains a little the processes that created these intelligent and
innovative food unsold and organic. Being also that the attendee to the
Expoferia draws much more my attention the fact to know more about the
processes, to test the product and the ideas that they have, also a litle view
to my future, becuause I hope to participate actively of the Expoferia in my
fifth year.
Now as I write this blog I realize that I should be much
more interiorized in the new projects about my career. I have heard a lot about
very innovative products that are being brought to market and also many bills
like the labels of the food that is sold in the schools or the projects of a
healthy diet.
