Personally I love my career, I feel that the wide field of work that has makes her have such an extensive curriculum. However, if they asked me what I would change, it would be a couple of branches but in the order that they are taught. For example, in the first semester of classes we have a branch that teaches us to use a construction program, then in the fourth semester we give a bouquet where we need to make a plan with that program. It happened to me that a lot of time had passed and I did not remember what I had learned, which added a degree of difficulty to my work.
Recently this semester I have worked in the race laboratories and I was very surprised that if you want to do some research on a food or some project is the teacher in charge who should look for funds in the government to buy the machines that are required or well all the utensils to handle. In this sense I would change the support given by the university for these projects that ultimately improve the institution and the food will always have work in the future.
In my opinion how it happens in any student institution, there are good teachers and other bad ones. I had to go through branches where the teacher shows too much knowledge of the content, however his pedagogical side is bad and fails to pass on his knowledge to the students. On the other hand I have gone through branches where the teachers are very pedagogical and achieve that the greater percentage of the students understand them immediately and if they have to repeat it they do it with a huge disposition so you feel you can ask again when you do not understand
