From cartoons, animes to TV series

The best memories I have of any television series are with my sister when I was little. I remember clearly when it was Saturday morning and the first thing we did when we woke up was to use my parents' bed to watch "Totally Spies" during the morning on the national channels.
My sister and I were different for one year and three months, so our relationship as a child was very close. We also have a cousin a year older than my sister so we liked to see the super powerful girls. My sister was "Bonbon", my cousin "Acorn" and I "Bubble".
I must say that anime is not one of my favorite cartoons, I do not like it now when I was big or when I was little.
Regarding the importance of cartoons in my childhood I do not think they have marked my life patterns so much, however they increased my creativity and with my sister we could spend hours playing with a box that had only small figures with which we could invent stories and let the imagination fly.
The best and the clearest memory I have with my family and TV series are those of a Friday night when with my three brothers and my parents we lay down in their bed to watch the competition programs with a rich tray like potatoes fries, sweets, juices, kids and many other things.

Post graduate studies

To be honest I do not know a lot about the master’s or PhD that the university gave.

Know reading I think that interesting a lot do a master’s in food science or Food with mention of food management, quality and safety. Between this two I prefer the second, because I feel that  my attention tend to more of the area of business, the area where you can work supervision or control the safety of the food will be export.

Between a master’s and a PhD I prefer the first because are lees time, primarily because I don’t know how will be my family life in two years. For other side, the masters can do when you are in mayor, after our licenciature, what for me is so tempting because you can finish with a masters and with your professional degree, but if I see for the said of the quality of my study qhen I finish I prefer end my professional degree and after do a masters because I will feel more prepared for do the master if I made the career bouquets because there I will know better which area love more and specially in one of them.

About continued study after the professional degree is something that scare me a little beet but I can see a good experience in my brother who finish the last year his MBE. He finishes his professional degree, after work for ten years approximately and then stars the MBE and get out with the best calcification of his class. Is a pride for me and an example, and that make my think that I don’t need to do something immediately when finish my professional degree.

My new job

The career that what I choose, have so many types of areas for work, like laboratory, office, ground work, border supervision and more.

One of the benefits of the engineering career in food is not so well known is that there are few workers who have the title, since there are many technicians in food, biotechnology or industrial techniques that only cover a part of what engineering involves food, this is one of the many reasons why I like my career, since they train you in all areas and there is no limitation to arise in what your tastes prefer.

For my part I prefer the office, I like to be organized, to have a fixed routine, to know hours of arrival and departure. Considering also that I have a small daughter and my husband's job includes many trips, I discard the supervision area for companies from the South or abroad that involve several days' trips. I like to travel and that area of supervision, so I do not rule it out completely for years to come.

I know I'm in the early years of my career, so I have not met 10% of what it means to work as an engineer in food, however, focusing on my personality and what I said before I think that a specialty in business or micro companies I would like very much. Look towards a company that produces super foods with a dream focused on world exports.

If I do not dream big, nobody will do it for me.

From something macro to something nano

 In this semester of university I have my firth practice of investigation. The teacher in charge guides me to looking for the information who works for our investigation. We are looking for how to dehydrate turmeric. Is important point that the turmeric is a different food of the ginger.

Scientifically are studies that demonstrate that the turmeric have many benefits for the human health and for that we want dehydrate because in that form can conserve more time.

To know how have a good turmeric dehydrate we need to focus in the nano qualities to will have the turmeric and the nano function to can have the microwave oven or another types of machine for dehydrate.

In the industry of food all the “super food” are measured for the same parameters of qualities who including color, texture, aroma, firmness, and others.  Under those parameters the food is called edible and will have a good reception of the people. That are the part of macro investigation.

In the nano investigation we need to focus on the proteins involved, what affects have if we add hot for an oven or for a forced air stove. We need to investigation how the particles behave and how they reorder for keep the functional characteristics that have the fruit.

The best holidays

My parents have a field farm near of Temuco city. They bought it about fifteen years ago, from that day my Dad build cabins for the summer. One of them is really big and have a lot of rooms and space.

One summer my parents said to my sister and me that we invited friends for vacation. Was that summer when we laugh and we eat very much.

We was like fifteen friends and we went to the river, mountain, walks, waterfall, go to town to buy french fries or take pictures in the main square. I remember we fought a mud war and had to bathe in the river but was really really cold the water so was so difficult take the shower there, but my mom don’t let us go inside, was really funny because nobody save of the mud war. In that picture was ho started the war, my best friends.

Know I have always greats vacation with my daughter, we always go in family to the beach or to the farm, and in the two place is really nice to be

About pets, love and friendship

 During my childhood I had many pets. I remember that my first pet was a hamster, for my sister and for my, we had two. I do not remember the names but one of them scape and other died and never we know what happened. Then I had a beautiful bird, but when he was in his cage, my cousin opened it and ran away.

After all these pets my big brother travel to USA for an exchange of study and my sister and I were very sad because we missed him, so my father give as a dog really small and beautiful, we called Burbuja. She always sleeps with me, I played with she and I bathed her in the garden. She brings to home when she has just 3 months. I loved so much because I have a lot of good memories with her. Know she have fifteen years old, she lost the vision and audition. It is very old and for her is difficult walk, but the doctor say that she is good, just old.

For my daughter is a little boring because she don’t play know and don’t run so I think that I will give her a knew dog because I want that she have the same good moments with a pets like me.

A country I would like to visit

If you ask me where I want to travel for me is difficult say something. I do not know much about country or his history how I would like that. Africa is a place who always that my attention, always I think that would be my dream travel for help, something like carry food, clothing, medical technology and others. For me their culture is amazing, how they respect the old man of their culture, the natural medicine that they have and a lot of thing incredible.

Another place to I would love to visit is Europe. Like the teacher said in his blog, Italy, Greece, Germany, Netherlands and much more. For my fortune, my husband will travel in summer for work for four months to Spain and my daughter, mother in law, brother-in-law and grandparents to visit him for three week in February. In that travel we want to visit Italy, Greece, Germany, Spain and everything who will be near.

My older sister, Michaela, is living for an exchange for the university in Netherlands, specifically in Holland, so I have plans to visit her too.
